Sandra Collomb

I am mother, care taker and love giver to my lovely gang of (four) little ones and all the same a highly dynamic senior executive with 15+ years international experience (Europe, Asia, Australia) in the aerospace and transportation sector. 

I am all in for strategy development, transformation and leading change with my heart on the people side of things. In my drive to deliver I am structured and forward thinking, able to balance operational day to day requirements and to manage complex environments. 

I aim to simplify those complexities and love to create environments of trust and respect for people to thrive and achieve results. 

I believe in the power of positive and strength based leadership based on the science of Positive Psychology.
